Hello! I am the owner and mixologist for the company. My passion for bartending started at the young age, and I have been a practicing bartender for over 19 years in San Luis Obispo/Santa Barbara Counties. Five of those years have been with event and wedding bartending. I, also, have worked with numerous wineries over those 19 years and have extensive knowledge of wine. My business The Chocolate Stache (which is currently closed indefinitely) had created perfect pairings with all types of beverages. Gar-Niche {neesh} started as a garnish company idea in 2020 and turned into a mobile bar idea when I moved up to the Heritage Ranch community. Having the ability to create my own schedule was important with raising my two wonderful kids, ages 11 & 9, and being a wife to my hard working husband. Both my husband and I have been in the food/beverage service industry for roughly 20 years, even though he has transferred to the construction industry in the last 4 years. I look forward to more events and weddings in the future to create more beverage opportunities. Cheers!!

This is one of our licensed bartenders who is also the husband to the owner. He fills in when needed for events and is very knowledgeable with food and beverages. His full time job working for the Paso Robles City Water Department. Previously doing construction & maintenance at Sensorio Field of Lights in Paso Robles, CA next to Eberle Winery. Nick grew up on the Central Coast and graduated from Templeton High School. You might also recognize him from Castoro Cellars, since he was the Executive Chef there, along with working in the kitchen for Villa Creek (closed), Fish Gaucho, Kitchenette, and Vic’s Cafe (closed). You might see him at your event!
